HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Started off decently. Then the gel polish began to bubble (resembling sandpaper) so I brought it to the attention of my nail technician. She removed it. I got burnt with the electric buffer. She left them bare, no polish & charged me $20. For what?? This was NOT my mistake. So I requested her to paint them with regular polish since I had to pay the $20 regardless. The application looks extremely uneven, chipping, the cuticles, etc. I just had these done. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. The proprietor Tony showed no concern that a customer was dissatisfied and THAT speaks volumes. His response when I mentioned the bubbling was well pick another color. The way the management deals with situations is crucial & I will never patronize this establishment again! They are solely interested in your money, not your contentment.
I reside in California but I’m currently visiting my brother in law and she suggested Tony’s Nail Bar for myself and my two adolescent daughters. I was extremely impressed! The nail technicians were very gentle with my daughters especially since they were trying dip powder for the first time. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure as well. The callus removal was fantastic! I truly appreciated the quick and efficient services - we were in and out in about 90 minutes. The pricing was fair and comparable to where I usually get my nails done in California. It was a wonderful experience at Tony’s.
I adore Tony's! I have been a loyal customer for nearly six years now and I absolutely refuse to go elsewhere. Exceptional quality at a reasonable price. I always opt for long nails and Diana consistently delivers an outstanding and stunning result!
