I’ve had my brows microbladed twice within five years. Kristal is truly a gifted artist. She is meticulous, leaves nothing to chance and is very hygienic. Her office/salon space is gorgeous, comfortable, super clean yet inviting and aesthetically pleasing. I will be back for another session before I move out of Virginia later this year. Her skill level is well worth the price of the micro-blading session. If you are interested in having beautiful eyebrows, but fearful of a negative outcome, you must book with Kristal! If you have had a negative experience with someone else, book with Kristal to experience a true professional! I have given this salon multiple chances, but each visit has been a letdown! Every time I bring my child in for braiding, we arrive on time only to be met with disappointment. Today was the final straw; I will never return! The owner overbooks appointments, leaving us waiting in the salon for 30 minutes before my daughter was even seated. Despite arriving at 11:00 am for an appointment, she didn't start getting her hair done until 11:30 am. It took the owner 45 minutes to complete just 2 braids.
