I have given this salon multiple chances, but each visit has been a letdown! Every time I bring my child in for braiding, we arrive on time only to be met with disappointment. Today was the final straw; I will never return! The owner overbooks appointments, leaving us waiting in the salon for 30 minutes before my daughter was even seated. Despite arriving at 11:00 am for an appointment, she didn't start getting her hair done until 11:30 am. It took the owner 45 minutes to complete just 2 braids. Despite my daughter specifying the braid size, it took 6 hours to finish basic knotless braids, a task that other braiders complete in 4 hours. $200 and 6 hours wasted!
I have been frequenting this salon for the past 3 years, and I am always pleased with the way they style my hair. They handle my hair with care and consistently deliver exceptional results. Despite the fact that I travel from Detroit to visit them, the staff is always welcoming and courteous to everyone. I am grateful to all of you for enhancing my appearance and boosting my confidence.
