Accompanied by a friend, I visited a nail salon where I was initially quoted $60-65 for acrylics and a design, but ended up forking out $70! They trimmed my nails excessively short, filed the acrylics inadequately, and during the drilling process, the technician applied excessive pressure, causing my cuticles to bleed. Instead of the simple pink heart design I requested, they lazily stuck on a sticker. The technician handled my fingers roughly, leaving them sore and achy. I regret even giving this establishment a chance.
The staff members were incredibly kind. It is disheartening to witness how people mistreat them unfairly. They exhibited great patience with me, ensuring that my nails were exactly as I desired. Sonny applied my acrylics, while another delightful lady performed my manicure. I am truly pleased with the outcome of my nails, and I urge everyone to remember that they are doing their utmost to satisfy all clients, so let's reciprocate with patience and kindness.
The individual who worked on my nails was incredibly pleasant and amiable, however, the standard of their craftsmanship was subpar! They neglected to file around the inner edges, resulting in them getting caught in my hair just after 3 days! I only strayed from my usual nail technician because it was a last-minute decision while I was in Denver! I definitely won't be returning!! I have truly never experienced such a poor nail service before!
