I absolutely adore the Apple Valley PBT. The staff is fantastic, the skincare products are top-notch, and the equipment is excellent. If you get the chance to spray tan here, I wholeheartedly recommend the customizable Sunscape. Additionally, the Stay and Save program has saved me a significant amount of money over the years.
I always look forward to my visits here; this location is exceptional! The facility is consistently clean, with beds that are meticulously maintained, and fresh towels every time. The entire staff is polite and friendly, with a special mention to Taylor for her exceptional assistance. She's knowledgeable about available products and suggests beds based on my preferences. I've been a patron at PBT for years. Lately, I've encountered issues with spray tanning during my visits. Three weeks back, I opted for a double coat using the Versa, but the machine stopped after just one layer. I had to pause, get dressed again, and request a reset. Last week, I came in for a tan before my birthday celebration. The staff member didn't wipe the Mystic booth's ceiling after the previous user's cleaning cycle. Mid-session, water started dripping all over me, resulting in white blotches and streaks. I informed both the staff member on duty that day and the front desk attendant, but neither seemed concerned. Today, during another Mystic session, I ended up with prominent white streaks on my left hand and wrist. The solution seemed clogged at one point, causing visible stripes in that area. Despite residing in Lakeville, I've been driving nearly 20 minutes to the Apple Valley location, as it's the sole one in the South Metro. I'm quite disappointed with my recent experiences.
