The woman who did my lashes was so kind-hearted - I feel there was a mix-up in what I desired and what was done. I can't even bear to look at myself in the mirror right now - I wasn't sure if they could remove some lashes or if they would need to start over with a full set. I didn't know how to communicate my concerns but I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. I asked for a look between "natural" and full glam. What I got is leaning more towards Halloween makeup. The benefit of eyelash extensions (for me) is being able to go out confidently without makeup. With what I got at this place, I'll have to do full-on GLAM makeup to make it look presentable. This look wasn't suitable for my face/eyes. The one word that comes to mind is ABSURD. I almost teared up when I saw myself in the mirror. 😞 The curled caterpillar appearance is not what I wanted. I look absolutely absurd. I recently moved to Miami in search of a new lash spot - this was definitely not it.About
