The woman who did my lashes was so kind-hearted - I feel there was a mix-up in what I desired and what was done. I can't even bear to look at myself in the mirror right now - I wasn't sure if they could remove some lashes or if they would need to start over with a full set. I didn't know how to communicate my concerns but I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. I asked for a look between "natural" and full glam. What I got is leaning more towards Halloween makeup. The benefit of eyelash extensions (for me) is being able to go out confidently without makeup. With what I got at this place, I'll have to do full-on GLAM makeup to make it look presentable. This look wasn't suitable for my face/eyes. The one word that comes to mind is ABSURD. I almost teared up when I saw myself in the mirror. 😞 The curled caterpillar appearance is not what I wanted. I look absolutely absurd. I recently moved to Miami in search of a new lash spot - this was definitely not it.
Adored my lashes when I got them done!! They did a fantastic job. Very accommodating when there are billing concerns. Sajah is outstanding!!!
Perhaps they disconnect the phone during business hours to avoid interruptions, but no one answers the phone at the number listed on Google or the one on their website. Just complete silence. The website also gave me trouble and it seems like every day for the next 7 days is fully booked according to their site. I would have loved to book for my birthday, but I will have to look elsewhere.
