I've been coming here for a few months now. I've lost 42lbs so far. Joanne is THE most encouraging, helpful, energetic, enthusiastic person I have ever met. She is a beautiful person inside and out! She is so informative and she is so easy to talk to. I feel so comfortable talking to her. I feel like I've known her for years. She has absolutely become a friend to me. She is genuinely an amazing person! She is helping me reach my goals and making it fun at that! The woman who did my lashes was so kind-hearted - I feel there was a mix-up in what I desired and what was done. I can't even bear to look at myself in the mirror right now - I wasn't sure if they could remove some lashes or if they would need to start over with a full set. I didn't know how to communicate my concerns but I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. I asked for a look between "natural" and full glam. What I got is leaning more towards Halloween makeup. The benefit of eyelash extensions (for me) is being able to go out confidently without makeup. With what I got at this place, I'll have to do full-on GLAM makeup to make it look presentable. This look wasn't suitable for my face/eyes. The one word that comes to mind is ABSURD. I almost teared up when I saw myself in the mirror. 😞 The curled caterpillar appearance is not what I wanted. I look absolutely absurd. I recently moved to Miami in search of a new lash spot - this was definitely not it.About
