I visited with my partner for gel pedicures, and Pam did a fantastic job. She was not only skilled but also delightful to converse with. Thank you for a great experience! We will definitely return.
I have never experienced such discomfort during a nail appointment. The process felt rushed and aggressive, resulting in unevenly trimmed nails and raw cuticles. The filing was haphazard, leading to nails of different lengths and gel bubbles. The cleanliness of the tools was questionable, and polish residue was left on my skin. The color was decent, but overall, I would not return to this salon.
Upon relocating to the region, I decided to give this salon a try. Pam accommodated me promptly, and since then, I have become a loyal customer. I have always been satisfied with the results, even when I come in with damaged nails from playing sports. Pam is truly the best!
