Visited this establishment to have gel removed and regular polish applied. A few days later, I observed that some of my nails were still quite thick. The technician did NOT fully eliminate the gel, only the color of the nail polish, and painted OVER the old gel with the new polish. Now, I have to seek another professional to rectify this after already shelling out $40 for them to inadequately remove the artificial nails.. the image is after I picked away at the gel (that shouldn't be there) because it was bothering me.

This marks my 2nd visit here and I am pleased. They promptly accommodate me and always inquire to ensure I'm receiving the desired service. The craftsmanship is commendable. I encountered no issues with my initial set and currently have no complaints with my second set thus far. I also had my brows tended to and they appear splendid. I will definitely return.
