I am filing a report with my bank and the Better Business Bureau. I was promised 7 complimentary tanning sessions with their Hemp lotion promotion, but they failed to mention that they had to be used within the week of purchase! Today, when I went in to redeem one of my free sessions, the staff member tried to push the Hemp lotion deal on me again, claiming my sessions had expired. I spent $50 on a bottle of lotion and feel completely deceived! Trying to speak to a manager was futile as they do not handle customer complaints. They do not provide receipts or invoices upon request! This establishment shows no regard for its customers. Take your patronage elsewhere!
I have never encountered a tanning salon that charges $3 for disposable goggles and $5 for goggles meant for one-time use! The employees appeared nervous and inexperienced. I called in advance to inquire about the new member special priced at $10, only to be hit with additional charges upon arrival. Visited one location, only to discover their systems were down, necessitating a trip to the next nearest location. Even after trying their top-tier tanning bed, my tan was still uneven. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
While I do endorse Celebrity, there are certain beds that require minor maintenance or repairs, such as non-functional or unavailable beds, malfunctioning handles or buttons, worn-off button labels, empty fragrance dispensers, and walls with holes from previous clothing hooks that need fixing. These hooks are essential, as currently, there is only a small shelf or stool to place your belongings on. When the beds are operational, they provide excellent results, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The ambiance with its decor and music is delightful; however, the tanning beds/rooms could benefit from some tender loving care.
