Riley’s gentle touch and attention to detail made the entire experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. I am filing a report with my bank and the Better Business Bureau. I was promised 7 complimentary tanning sessions with their Hemp lotion promotion, but they failed to mention that they had to be used within the week of purchase! Today, when I went in to redeem one of my free sessions, the staff member tried to push the Hemp lotion deal on me again, claiming my sessions had expired. I spent $50 on a bottle of lotion and feel completely deceived! Trying to speak to a manager was futile as they do not handle customer complaints. They do not provide receipts or invoices upon request! This establishment shows no regard for its customers. Visited this establishment to have gel removed and regular polish applied. A few days later, I observed that some of my nails were still quite thick. The technician did NOT fully eliminate the gel, only the color of the nail polish, and painted OVER the old gel with the new polish.
