"Ms. A is kind but disorganized. She never starts on time. The shop is always busy, and her business partner's dogs roam around. Payment must be made in advance, which is okay if you get what you paid for. Last time, the service paid for was not what was received, and no refund was given, just an apology. You can't see your hair until she finishes. I liked her braiding style, but sadly, she's lost a customer. If you want to pay a lot for poor service, go here."
Let me respond to your feedback Mr. A no one is out to harm your business. I have no gain by lying. I'm sharing my truth of my experience which I'm free to do whether you agree or not. I'm not your business partner but a worker renovating your store. If she has a service dog, perhaps appointments should be scheduled after work hours, not during. I know you have many tasks, but if you forget something, just ask. When I left, you had only completed one braid, similar to the last time; nothing more was done until my return. I left because I trusted I'd get the same service as before, since I paid for and requested it. I didn't realize I had to remind you of the services you provide. Online, there was no mention of paying at the shop for booking; a fee was required. If payment is accepted at the shop, it should be on your website. I wasn't satisfied with the service, which is why I questioned it. I had to return to work and couldn't discuss it further at pickup. I tried calling 20 minutes after the appointment to talk about it since my daughter cried because she was unhappy with her hair. No response or callback from you. I appreciate the $80 refund offer, but the issue is we were unhappy. Thank you for keeping your word, and I wish you all the best in the future.
