I visited the salon to have half of my hair bleached and dyed pink. It turned out to be a terrible experience. There were patches of brown where the blonde should have been at the top of my head! I paid $350 for a job that I could have done better myself for $10. Absolutely unacceptable! My hair doesn't even look pink, it's more like red. I will not be returning here ever again.
Had an appointment for a burnt hair touch-up at noon. The stylist decided to prioritize lunch over paying attention to detail. She arrived at the appointment time, then left to pick up lunch for the staff in Vegas, leaving me waiting for 15 minutes. Upon her return, she chose to eat lunch before attending to my hair, leaving the product on for too long. After finally realizing, she rushed to finish. By then, everyone else in the shop had their hair done and left, except for me. My hair is now damaged and fried, despite spending over $250 in the past three months. I refuse to return to this salon and will take my business elsewhere. It's embarrassing when people ask about the state of my hair. I deserve better treatment and will find a salon where I can spend my money without feeling like a joke. That's a fact.
Went to the salon today for a fresh haircut, showed the stylist my desired look, and explained how I wanted it. She agreed. However, upon washing my hair at home, I was greatly disappointed with the outcome. It was not what I had asked for. I wish she had been honest about her capabilities from the start so I could have adjusted my expectations.
