So the 1st time wasn't great. My son went for a haircut. The woman didn't seem experienced. However, the owner recognized the issue and invited us back for another try, where she personally took care of it. 2nd visit was fantastic! The owner did an excellent job. "Ms. A is kind but disorganized. She never starts on time. The shop is always busy, and her business partner's dogs roam around. Payment must be made in advance, which is okay if you get what you paid for. Last time, the service paid for was not what was received, and no refund was given, just an apology. You can't see your hair until she finishes. I liked her braiding style, but sadly, she's lost a customer.
