I have been a customer at Palace Nails for a while now, and this is the first time the work and service was really shoddy!!! I had a pedicure and my nails done! Both workers kept burning me with their tools. Pedicure was routine, like she was in another world, only going over certain areas. Deluxe package chosen, over polished toes, rushed out of the chair, feet weren't dry, had to go back over them. Nails were fat and short, not done as asked. When paying for a service, you want it done right! Tips are not automatic!

I was really hopeful to adore this place since the nail salon nearby isn't much better. The person who did my nails was very kind. She tried her best but I think she just needs more practice. The issue is this location charges based on length, SHAPE, and "design". I went in for a fill. I felt my length was normal but it shouldn't matter because it's a fill. My shape was the same. I have ombre nails in standard pink and white. However, I did get gems on my ring fingers. I had to ask multiple times for them to be Thinner, not narrow but thinner because the acrylic was thick and looked chunky. Nails are not the same length or shape.
