I have been a customer at Palace Nails for a while now, and this is the first time the work and service was really shoddy!!! I had a pedicure and my nails done! Both workers kept burning me with their tools. Pedicure was routine, like she was in another world, only going over certain areas. Deluxe package chosen, over polished toes, rushed out of the chair, feet weren't dry, had to go back over them. Nails were fat and short, not done as asked. When paying for a service, you want it done right! Tips are not automatic!
I went in at 6:10, they close at 7, asked if they’re still taking clients, they said yes so I asked for a pedicure and manicure, an older woman did my nails, pedicure was great, she wasn’t in a rush. When it came to my manicure, she was in a hurry, cut two of my fingers and painted over my cut on my middle finger. It burns, she shouldn’t have accepted me if she was in a rush. Not only did she cut my fingers, but she did my nails sloppy, uneven and left nail polish on my skin. No top clear coat!! Paying for the service, it should be done correctly or don’t take a client.
The pedicure was fine but the manicurists kept trying to up charge me for extra services even though I just wanted the basic pedicure. Asked multiple times if I wanted the deluxe package and a flower, said no each time. Charged for the deluxe package anyway and only took $5 off when I told them I didn’t want it. Felt very scammy, won’t be coming back.
