I was really hopeful to adore this place since the nail salon nearby isn't much better. The person who did my nails was very kind. She tried her best but I think she just needs more practice. The issue is this location charges based on length, SHAPE, and "design". I went in for a fill. I felt my length was normal but it shouldn't matter because it's a fill. My shape was the same. I have ombre nails in standard pink and white. However, I did get gems on my ring fingers. I had to ask multiple times for them to be Thinner, not narrow but thinner because the acrylic was thick and looked chunky. Nails are not the same length or shape. She made a mistake and Matte Top Coated my ring finger and then had to redo them when she realized you can't Matte top coat gems as it takes away the sparkle.
