It was evident that I was in skilled and gentle hands. The conversation during the treatment was delightful as well. Just had my first massage with Taylor and knew from the minute She started that I was gonna be happy. She gave a wonderful scalp massage and down into my temples and especially my neck and shoulders. She got all my stress areas and my massage was perfect. I love the way she set up The “Grotto”. It’s very relaxing and comfortable. For the past 5 years, I have been a patron of this nail salon, and LuAnn is truly exceptional. I am consistently pleased with her work, and she even provides a soothing massage for my hands and arms upon completion. Whenever I prepare for vacations, I always opt for a Pedi, and Rachel is a close second to LuAnn in terms of service quality. Furthermore, the prices here are unbeatable. The initial photo matched my desired color scheme, but they were unable to incorporate 3D flowers or glitter. While the staff was pleasant, the final nail design was not aesthetically pleasing. The French tips were poorly executed, and the overall shape of the nails was uneven and lumpy. I feel I could have done a better job myself. I had requested a floral design, but they were unable to fulfill this request. I will not be returning for another appointment. However, older individuals may appreciate the service, as I received complimentary rings. I recently treated myself to a guacamole-themed manicure and it was such a luxurious experience! Firstly, the ambiance of the salon was charming and tranquil. I particularly appreciated the subtle scent of the products used, as overpowering nail polish odors can be overwhelming. As someone with sensitivities to scents and chemicals, I was thrilled to discover Doreen's nail care services. The watermelon basil salt scrub she applied was delightful, prompting me to purchase it for home use. Although I was unfamiliar with Dazzle dry polish, I was eager to try it due to its hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and vegan qualities. Dealing with the dryness caused by my autoimmune condition, Sjogren's, I am very cautious about the products I use. Doreen's salon exuded a clean aroma, and all her products were natural and lightly scented, creating a pleasant environment. I am thrilled with how my nails turned out, the quick drying time of the polish, and the newfound softness they possess.
