I am thoroughly dissatisfied. My hair appointment did not commence on time, and the service felt rushed. I was informed that my hair texture was the problem, and both my friend and I left with hairstyles that were not what we had requested. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I am a regular patron here and visit twice a month. It’s always a calming experience. They greet you with a complimentary drink upon arrival. I usually opt for a mimosa. Delicious! You choose the style you desire, and they proceed to wash, dry, and style your hair. It's wonderful!
I feel disheartened sharing this. As a loyal customer who frequents the salon for regular hair treatments, I had an appointment at 4:45 pm. Despite arriving at 5 pm and reaching the receptionist at 5:01 pm, I was informed that I couldn't be accommodated due to being one minute late. The receptionist, named Emma, made me feel extremely small. I can't help but wonder if my skin color influenced this treatment. Just one minute! They refused to serve me because I would have delayed their schedule by one minute! If I could, I would give them zero stars. I've visited various dry bars, and this has never occurred before. I will be escalating this issue to the higher management, as I strongly believe racism was a significant factor in this incident. I am deeply disappointed and appalled. I advise you to steer clear of this establishment.
