I am thoroughly dissatisfied. My hair appointment did not commence on time, and the service felt rushed. I was informed that my hair texture was the problem, and both my friend and I left with hairstyles that were not what we had requested. After my nose stud was accidentally dislodged and I couldn't reinsert it, I contacted Ideal on a Sunday afternoon for assistance. The person who answered the call was extremely pleasant and informed me I could walk in for help. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted, and Mason attended to me immediately. They efficiently reinserted my original jewelry without discomfort and engaged in delightful conversation throughout. In under 10 minutes, I was in and out, and the cost was very reasonable. I've been visiting Alex at The Brow Bar since 2013. They are a brow wizard. Incredibly skilled, considerate, and compassionate. They have guided me in achieving more natural and full brows, especially during a period of postpartum hair loss affecting my brows. Their range of products is exceptional, as is their lash tint service.
