I must say, Alexis is an exceptional professional, providing a sense of comfort and reassurance during services and treatments. It's almost as if the experience of a full Brazilian fades into the background. I had always contemplated undergoing this procedure, and upon finally making the decision, I turned to online reviews to find the best provider. Alexis came highly recommended, and as her client, I understand why. I have never felt so at ease during such an intimate procedure with someone I had just met. Additionally, she gave me the best haircut I've had since relocating to Iowa 5 years ago! The service was amazing!! Alex did my hair with thought and care on what I wanted and really came through with the results. I’ve gotten my hair done in the past professionally but not as well as when i went to valor and violet; lots of questions on what i truly wanted and gave me honest answers to what was best for my hair. I got to meet the team members and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. I also got a consultation for hair extension and they asked really well questions to get me a precise price which was super helpful. Over the past few years, I have relied on her for my regular hair trims and highlights, and she consistently delivers exactly what I ask for or offers suggestions that exceed my expectations. Recently, she styled all the hairdos for my wedding day, and they all turned out absolutely stunning. Megan's pricing is very fair, and her warmth and friendliness make every visit a joy!
