I would rate this experience as a zero out of five stars if I could. My daughter had an appointment at 11am that was scheduled a week in advance with Mason. She waited for a full hour before deciding to leave. I attempted to convince her to leave after a thirty-minute wait, but she insisted on waiting. Eventually, she realized the deliberate disrespect shown not only through actions but also in the conversations around us, and she made the choice to depart. The only positive aspect of this situation is that I was able to impart the lesson to my daughter that she should never tolerate disrespect from any individual or business. Proverbs 11:22. The divine does not condone ugliness. Shape up, Heritage and Co. Unless your heritage is to establish a foundation destined to crumble, then by all means, continue.

The haircuts my sons received are absolutely fantastic! The salon is incredibly charming, and all the staff members were extremely kind and welcoming! We will definitely be returning!
