I've frequented Andover Nail Spa for a number of years and I must say, it ticks all the right boxes - convenient location, a wide array of services, and above all, a commitment to cleanliness. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the Head Manicurist (Noah?) when I had an issue with the quality of my manicure. Despite it being late in the day and closing time approaching, Noah turned the situation into a valuable learning experience for two of the staff members, showcasing the correct techniques to avoid a recurrence of the problem. While perfection may not always be attainable in service, the prompt and effective resolution of issues is what truly matters. Andover Nail Spa, and Noah in particular, have truly earned their 5-star rating through the professional manner in which my concern was acknowledged, rectified, and preventative measures put in place. Bravo!
I've been a loyal customer of this nail salon for quite some time now, and I must say, it comes highly recommended. The proprietor of the salon (Liam) is always warm and incredibly accommodating. What truly sets this place apart is its impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards!
