My child and I chanced upon this place while driving by. What a pleasant surprise it was! R did my pedicure and C did my child's. The results speak for themselves! I highly recommend both individuals. They were engaging to converse with and showed great care during our pedicures. There were no mishaps, cuts, or injuries for either of us. We have discovered our new nail salon in ICT! Looking forward to seeing you both next time, ladies.
I am pleased with how my nails turned out! However, I was not impressed with the management of the salon. The proprietor attempted to maintain order by trying to assign tasks but ended up creating an uncomfortable environment. She began filing my nails and abruptly instructed me to switch to another technician who had not even tidied up her workspace yet. The lady who did my nails, Kaitlyn, I believe, was fantastic and executed my requests perfectly... she remained focused on my nails even when the manager kept redirecting her to assist someone else... it was an uncomfortable situation that left me feeling uneasy amidst the tense ambiance.
Tara is truly the top nail technician!! Her demeanor is delightful and her work is impeccable!! After half a year, I have finally found my match. Thank you for changing my life Tara.
