I recently indulged in a pedicure at Bliss Nails, and I must say it was truly marvelous! The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Avery was skilled and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the entire session. The salon was spotless, and the atmosphere was serene. I also loved the added treats like the relaxing foot massage and the wide array of polish hues to choose from. Overall, it was an absolutely delightful experience, and I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit!
My sister and I visited this place for the first time on Saturday, and on the same day, the diamonds fell off from both our hands—I had 3 on each. Furthermore, my nails don't look great, especially considering we were charged $96 for them, and it's only Monday...
Poor Customer Service. The Proprietor was the technician handling my nails, and all they did was loudly argue on the phone speaking in Vietnamese the entire time. I hoped for a tranquil manicure while listening to my podcasts... but instead, I had to endure that incessantly. Not what one anticipates when paying $41 for a Mani.
