I arranged a haircut appointment for my 10-year-old daughter a week ago. She wanted just a few inches off her long hair, without any layers or fancy styles. Since I work during the day, a family member took her to the appointment. Despite my daughter clearly indicating what she wanted, the stylist, Katy, ended up cutting her hair much shorter than desired. This is problematic as my daughter needs longer hair for her Junior Dragracing competitions. The salon's response to my complaint was unsatisfactory, and I'm disappointed with the outcome.
