I got my toes and fingernails done tonight. Unbelievable! They couldn't even do a French tip correctly! The technician became very aggressive when I requested the paint to be removed and was extremely impolite. I believe one of the male staff members is new. To top it off, they had the audacity to charge me $100! I am extremely dissatisfied! Outrageous! This place should be closed down. I will never return!About

This marked my inaugural visit here. In fact, it was my first time ever having my nails done. Firstly, I must say that I found these individuals to be kind and hospitable. I was genuinely excited because they appeared lively yet confident in their nail artistry. However, as I sat in the salon for two hours receiving a full gel overlay set, my excitement waned. The filing on my nails was so harsh it brought me close to tears. The color was far from what I desired, and neither were the nails in general. They displayed numerous imperfections and were far from resembling the image I had presented. It felt like my appointment was rushed, despite the extensive duration. I settled my bill and left a tip as well. Even now, two days later, my fingers ache just from contact with water, and I've had to apply peroxide to combat what appears to be an infection on my nails.
