This marked my inaugural visit here. In fact, it was my first time ever having my nails done. Firstly, I must say that I found these individuals to be kind and hospitable. I was genuinely excited because they appeared lively yet confident in their nail artistry. However, as I sat in the salon for two hours receiving a full gel overlay set, my excitement waned. The filing on my nails was so harsh it brought me close to tears. The color was far from what I desired, and neither were the nails in general. They displayed numerous imperfections and were far from resembling the image I had presented. It felt like my appointment was rushed, despite the extensive duration. I settled my bill and left a tip as well. Even now, two days later, my fingers ache just from contact with water, and I've had to apply peroxide to combat what appears to be an infection on my nails. Highly disappointed and won't be returning.
Exceptional Service and Delightful Conversation ☺️. I can't express enough positive things about the experiences I had at Pedi Lounge. The simplicity of scheduling an appointment online. Clear prices made selecting services easy on my wallet. I opted for the Strength Dip Mani and Signature Pedi. No regrets at all, just smiles. Taylor was my nail technician today, and she was incredibly amiable and knowledgeable about nail care. I will definitely be returning; I even scheduled my next appointment before leaving!
I've frequented Pedi Lounge for a while now. The individuals (Michael and Taylor) are both incredibly warm and inviting to all. I've consistently been pleased with the nails that Michael designs for me, and I appreciate that they exclusively utilize gel products, so there are ZERO acrylic SCENTS that overwhelm you upon entering. I wholeheartedly endorse Pedi Lounge. You'll be thoroughly satisfied!
