I got my toes and fingernails done tonight. Unbelievable! They couldn't even do a French tip correctly! The technician became very aggressive when I requested the paint to be removed and was extremely impolite. I believe one of the male staff members is new. To top it off, they had the audacity to charge me $100! I am extremely dissatisfied! Outrageous! This place should be closed down. I will never return!
If I could give a zero, I would. Upon entering, there was a foul odor. Throughout my entire service, I was not engaged with at all. I simply asked for sharp square white nails, nothing complex. Within two hours of leaving, one of my nails was already chipped, despite doing nothing but driving. The shape isn't sharp, and my service felt hurried.
If I could rate lower, I would. TX nails has always been my top choice. Never again. Requested a full set and ended up with lumps and uneven nails. Went for a fix and instead of admitting their error, the woman appeared irritated that I returned and began filing aggressively to the point of digging into my skin. Additionally, she had already caused me pain multiple times with the drill. At that stage, it wasn't even worth arguing. Heading to Walgreens for acetone to remove it myself.
