Absolutely thrilled with my nails! Brought in 2 inspo pics and left with exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back and recommending to others.
Visited today for my birthday and it was a complete disaster. The individual did not follow my request to apply the design on just ONE finger. Instead, it was on TWO fingers which ended up costing me more. Furthermore, the final result looked nothing like the picture I showed him, despite his assurance that he could replicate it. The acrylic was applied thickly without being thinned out. The tops of the nails were left unpainted, resulting in a messy look. Polish residue was left on my fingers (as well as on other customers, I observed). During my pedicure, the woman not only activated the massage chair without asking (the massage was painful and took several minutes to turn off) but also used another customer's color on me. This service was not cheap and I am dissatisfied with the "no refunds under any circumstances" policy. AVOID THIS PLACE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY - FIND ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT!
Incredibly fantastic experience for my preteen! The person there was amazing with her and had her laughing non-stop. A superb spot for nail services. And WOW, so speedy with top-notch results. Stunning nails. Highly recommend it to anyone into this style of nails. Apologies for the subpar lighting in the photos.
