I typically refrain from leaving negative feedback, but after getting my haircut last week, I decided to straighten my naturally curly hair for a change. To my dismay, I discovered that my hair had been haphazardly chopped and was dreadfully uneven! The stylist, a blonde-haired individual stationed second from the right, seemed more engrossed in her phone than in attending to my hair, which I found to be incredibly disrespectful. I had requested a shoulder-length cut with textured layers, not a blunt straight-across trim, especially considering the significant length I was sacrificing from waist-length hair. I will certainly never return to this establishment. If your stylist fails to give you their full attention, do not hesitate to speak up to avoid a hair disaster like mine.
This Great Clips location offers the most pleasant ambiance compared to any other I have visited. The Anderson branch can be quite chaotic, with some of the stylists displaying rudeness. However, the stylists here are not only friendly but also wear constant smiles. The waiting time is significantly shorter, and I have decided to start bringing my husband and son here exclusively. Many thanks to the staff!
I accompanied my grandfather to this establishment, and the young lady who attended to him displayed remarkable kindness and helpfulness. It is increasingly rare to encounter individuals who exhibit such genuine care for others, and her passion for her work was evident. I am truly grateful for the wonderful experience we had!🙂
