The place is very neat and charming! The staff is friendly and accommodating...but the prices are a bit steep, coming from Chicago we usually pay less for a more spa-like experience. I typically refrain from leaving negative feedback, but after getting my haircut last week, I decided to straighten my naturally curly hair for a change. To my dismay, I discovered that my hair had been haphazardly chopped and was dreadfully uneven! The stylist, a blonde-haired individual stationed second from the right, seemed more engrossed in her phone than in attending to my hair, which I found to be incredibly disrespectful. I had requested a shoulder-length cut with textured layers, not a blunt straight-across trim, especially considering the significant length I was sacrificing from waist-length hair. I will certainly never return to this establishment. If your stylist fails to give you their full attention, do not hesitate to speak up to avoid a hair disaster like mine.About
