I had a fantastic time at Elite Spa. The team was incredibly welcoming and skilled, making me feel completely at ease. Throughout my facial, Mr. Johnson would provide detailed explanations of the procedures and offer advice on maintaining skincare at home. He was exceptionally patient and dedicated. The spa's ambiance was exquisite and incredibly relaxing. The sign outside indicated that walk-ins were welcome, so I decided to enter. The strong scent of smoke and nail polish greeted me, but I pushed through. As I sat down, I struck up a conversation with the woman beside me who had also walked in. She had been waiting for an hour and a half, but it had turned into a two-hour wait with no end in sight. I made the decision that it wasn't worth waiting any longer in that unpleasant environment on a Saturday afternoon.
