Miss Taylor rocks!!! She took time to listen to me and showed me how to work with all the cowlicks I have. The experience she has is a asset to the company that has managers more focused on cranking out clients. The manager in charge kept coming over asking if everything was ok, tried to tell me how I come in alot, when I spoke up an told her it was my first time ever there she insisted on trying to tell me different. I think I would know!. I spent 40 min there. (I has in a huge time crunch with a work). The last 10 min or so of the entire 40 visit, the acting manager came over 3 times hovering around right up to paying my bill. The lack of respect that woman has for Taylor, who did an amazing job with an apprehensive client, is irksome. My rating would be a 1 star based on her. Taylor, however, deserves 5 stars!!!! I will continue to seek out Taylor's services!
I'm not worried about professionalism, more so about a previous haircut. I asked the hairdresser to leave the length of my hair PAST my shoulders. She began the haircut, and by the time she asked me what I thought so far, my hair was shorter than I asked. I would have said that it was too short, but at that point, what was the hairdresser going to do? Magically grow out my hair to where I wanted it? Jeez.... please pay attention to what your customers say. Recently, though, they did a much better job at styling it the way I asked.
