If I could give this place 0 stars I would have! Do yourselves a favor and go anywhere else. I typically wouldn't say this about any place. Unfortunately, this is a rare case. So ... Two of my nails broke in half! in one week! When I returned, she wanted to charge me half of the original cost... I waited over an hour, and she tried to glue the two bloody nail pieces together and warned me to come back if it gets infected and starts to swell😱 Incredibly, all of this was her fault from the start. I had requested a full set the first time I visited. I realized it was a bit late, so I didn't get a pedicure, but halfway through my nail service, they took in three more people. I now see her negligence because she was being lazy led her not to do a full set. She convinced me that just putting 5 layers of gel on my nail would prevent breakage.😑 I suggested an acrylic overlay at least. Against my better judgment, she insisted she knew best, and I was an idiot for listening to her. #1 Regardless, a job should not result in all my nails breaking. #2 You should take responsibility for your mistakes and cover the damages. She should have redone my nails for free, first, and secondly, she should learn how to care for people's nails. I have a full-time job, and I don't get off until late. I wish I could show you the disaster I'm left with, which I have to deal with every day at work! In a professional setting, my real nails are damaged, three of them broken, no nail polish because I had her remove everything she did, and it's just unbelievable - the customer service, just unbelievable. I paid $40 for a job, and within a week, it was all undone. It should have been redone for free. Whoever is managing this place is going to lose a lot of business because of the lack of customer service. Customer service should come before anything else, and I know this place is all about the money; they're very, very greedy. But if they were wise, they would see that treating their customers better would bring in more money. She lost a customer for life, and I know many people in this area who won't be going there either!
I entered and requested a manicure, and the elderly gentleman made a hushing gesture and told me that everyone was on vacation and to leave.
Lee does an excellent job with pedicures and manicures. Friendly and thorough. Affordable at $25. The only downside is they only accept cash.
