Requested a photo of a $100 order. Was promised it would be sent to me before delivery for approval. However, I never received it! When I called, I was told they would contact the funeral home to inquire about the photo. By then, it was too late. Regardless of how it turned out at the funeral home, I was not satisfied. Will never use their services again and will not recommend them to anyone! I'll drive to Tupelo to pick up my own flowers for delivery. Tomorrow, I'll visit the cemetery to see if I can identify which arrangement, if any, was delivered. A disappointing experience with this establishment!
I had a sudden need for flowers and they really came through for me. The bouquet was stunning and made my significant other's birthday. They crafted it while I waited. The woman assisting me was incredibly friendly, and I also managed to pick up a few gifts. Fantastic spot.
