If you're seeking a magic sleek or similar straightening treatment, avoid this salon. I shelled out $300, but the results were disappointing. Despite sending pictures after the first wash, I received only excuses. Having had magic sleek done successfully thrice before, once by Heather, this experience was a letdown. When I requested a redo, it was refused. A partial refund of $100 was given, which is insufficient for a redo elsewhere. Despite prior patronage, including hair color and cutting my daughter's hair, the service was unacceptable. Another salon confirmed the treatment was botched as my hair remains curly and frizzy. I intend to pursue further action for a full refund.
