I visited on May 25th for a perm with Taylor. The photos in the white shirt were taken 3 days after my appointment. The other two show my hair from yesterday, just 1 week post-appointment. Perms aren't cheap, so for it to unravel in just three days and almost revert to straight after a week indicates it wasn't done right. I contacted the salon to report the failed perm and essentially returning to my natural hair. I requested a refund from the front desk since the perm didn't hold. I was informed that my stylist would call me back. When they did, I was told they don't offer refunds. The receptionist should be informed to avoid creating false expectations about refunds. For a failed service, a partial refund would have been fair. They also blamed the outcome on the weather, but I've had perms before and know this is due to the stylist's error. I wish they had invited me back to see the nonexistent perm instead of denying it and feeding me lies. I had high hopes, but sadly, it was a major disappointment. I feel deceived and swindled. Not worth it.

Ella was fantastic!!! She was extremely friendly and easy to work with. She had excellent expertise with curls and gave me an amazing cut! I just needed my layers and bangs redone. Everything looks fantastic. I will definitely return :)
