The staff was incredibly welcoming, and while the atmosphere of the salon was top-notch, unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for my haircut. The style I had in mind was not what I ended up with. Luckily, my hair grows fast, and I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further.
I had an appointment today, arrived at the salon, and was informed that the stylist scheduled to cut my hair was a no-show. No compensation was offered, so I had to reschedule for next week.
