Upon entering elan, my initial impression is a cozy welcoming ambiance. The design is exquisite and upscale with fun bursts of color and a stunning gold glitter floor. Abbey has been my service provider for years and she never fails to impress. She is incredibly well-informed about my skin, and customizes my facials for me. This can be tricky because I have very sensitive skin. She is the encyclopedia of skincare knowledge, ask her anything, she will have the answer. Abbey is someone who is consistently updating on new methods and products which means my facials keep improving. The most recent techniques and products she used were MAGICAL! My skin was angry when I arrived and poof, amazing when I departed. She remembers everything! I admire her as a person and a service provider. If you haven't experienced Elan, you are seriously missing out.
Elan Spa is such a unique place! Inviting and serene - just what you desire in a spa. Abbey has been overseeing my skin for years and I'm so thankful to her. She has a keen eye and monitors changes in my skin better than I do! I adore the products the spa utilizes, and value Abbey's expertise (and all of the staff's expertise!) on the products and when it's time to switch things up. Can't recommend it enough!
Absolutely the finest day spa in Ames!! Outstanding staff!! Have had lashes for around a decade from Rachel and Abbey and have never had a poor experience!! Facials are top-notch and incredibly soothing and so beneficial for my skin!! The finest skincare products available!! They do a fantastic job explaining the best option for your skin needs. I am confident you will not be let down!! Give them a shot!!
