From the moment I stepped into Lily's Nails, I was welcomed with warm service. The young lady, Kimmy, was friendly and attentive. She asked me about the color I wanted, the length of my nails, and provided excellent service. I will definitely continue to support this establishment. They are quick, polite, and very welcoming. I truly enjoyed my experience at Lily's Nails and Spa.
I visited on Monday morning, 9/23/24. The most disappointing pedicure I've ever had. $40 down the drain. Many steps were neglected. Toenails & cuticles were not properly trimmed. Toenails were not filed or buffed before the polish, and the polish job was awful. The bottom of my feet was never scrubbed. I'll have to get them redone elsewhere. The nail technician, along with another staff member, were more focused on their phones and group chat than on doing people's nails. They were glued to their phones. Very unprofessional environment. There are far better places to visit. This will be my final trip there. It used to be managed much better in the past. Friday was a huge letdown.
I arrived on a Wednesday, alone. Mr. Johnson helped me, very polite. Alex did my nails, efficient, cute but missed some steps & had a snobbish attitude. I wanted a similar color to my toes. Alex said, "There's no point in me searching for the color if you don't remember the name or number." I asked Mr. Johnson, he listened, made a swatch & found the exact pink. Alex claimed she didn't know which pink. Mr. Johnson said, "Yeah, she just mentioned that, stop being silly, girl." I'm not sure if it was because it was the end of the shift or what, but her attitude was poor.
