I visited King, it was my debut there. I sought out Mr. Alex based on rave reviews. Today, he worked on my nails and feet. He displayed patience throughout. Much appreciation for your service.
I'm quite let down by my prior visit. Opted for gel manicure, now just over two weeks later it's peeling and the white hue has turned to cream with streaks in the polish. Clearly not gel. Duped into using regular polish. My gels typically last two months.
I informed the attendant that the water for my pedicure was excessively hot, yet no action was taken. Despite declining acrylic for my toes, she applied it on one toe against my wishes. Furthermore, the towel used on my legs was scalding and caused a burn, which I brought to her attention. Upon settling the bill, they tried to charge an additional $10 for the unwanted acrylic. I refused to pay the extra amount, leading to an altercation with the staff member who blamed me for allowing the application of the acrylic. This was my most disappointing pedicure experience to date.
