For more than 15 years, this stylist has been cutting my children's and my hair. The prices are reasonable, and appointments are easy to schedule. We are truly grateful to have her as our hairdresser.
If you're looking for exceptional service and stunning results, this is the place to be. The staff members are warm and welcoming, treating all customers with kindness and respect.
The customer service was terrible. I visited the salon today to inquire about a haircut. Upon entering with my daughter, both of us wearing masks, no one greeted us. The stylist noticed us but continued chatting and laughing with a colleague. We waited for nearly half an hour without any acknowledgment. I will never return to that establishment or recommend it to anyone.
