I recently had a fantastic haircut experience at this salon. In the past, I've always cut my own hair due to trust issues, but the stylist who worked on me was incredibly skilled and guided me through the process with confidence. I now feel amazing and the price was very reasonable.
While the stylists at this salon are top-notch, the waiting area seating is uncomfortable and poorly designed. The wash station is awkwardly positioned, and the cutting chairs are unstable and uncomfortable. The talented stylists deserve a better working environment, and the management should address these issues promptly.
My family and I have been loyal customers for a few years and have always appreciated the pricing and talented stylists. However, my recent visit was disappointing. There was tension among the staff, which led to my stylist being distracted and uncommunicative. This lack of professionalism affected the quality of my haircut. Despite paying $30 for a simple trim, I will be seeking services elsewhere in the future.
