Scheduled an appointment for an elegant updo for myself and a men's styling for my partner to enhance our look for a wedding we were attending. Our stylist, Megan, exceeded our expectations! I rarely experiment with my hair, but I adored the final result! Megan was incredibly kind, and the salon's ambiance was tranquil and welcoming.
Wouldn't suggest them for a walk-in. Upon arrival, no haircuts were in progress, no clients were waiting in the lobby, indicating they weren't busy, yet they still turned me away... As I was departing, I noticed two stylists sitting in chairs engrossed in their phones, and one stylist was preoccupied with her brows... Clearly prioritizing personal matters over potential business. I even offered to wait 30 minutes to an hour, as my car was at Firestone across the street for new tires... Still, they refused to accommodate me.
Brittany is exceptional! I always book a month ahead to secure a slot because she is highly sought after! My wife and her relatives always rely on her for color and cuts.
