My spouse and offspring both got their locks styled at Rudy’s. They were both delighted. I got a beard shave and trim. Completely content. Intend to return soon for another cut and trim.
I will be returning for a reimbursement, I shelled out $50 only for one of the individuals to essentially hack away and thin out half of my head. I displayed a video of precisely what I desired, I elaborated precisely what I wanted, and she neglected all my requests. She failed to blend my hair (and I have layers I wanted her to touch up), she failed to part my hair correctly, she failed to cut my bangs properly, nor did she shape my hair to my face. I will be stopping by for a refund so I can visit a different salon to have them rectify my hair. Sadly, I had to postpone my visit because of work, and I had this done before heading to work. Now that I’ve washed, dried, and straightened my hair, I can spot all the errors she made and I am so displeased with my hair!!! The individual didn’t even know how to style hair, for instance, she took my hair and manually wound it around a round brush just to blow dry it. She attempted to give me a slight style so I couldn’t notice how badly she ruined my hair. One side is significantly thinner than the other, and it’s noticeable when I lay my hair on my chest. Smh. I’m not content. I want my money back.
