This establishment is a gem for hair services. I deduct one star solely due to the initial phone interaction when inquiring about openings. The individual on the line lacked warmth and seemed to view callers as bothersome and unworthy of attention. However, upon arrival, the experience was a complete turnaround! Warm welcomes, smiling faces, and genuine kindness prevailed. I had made a mess of my hair in a DIY attempt, and they not only understood but also rectified the situation beautifully. My hair now looks and feels fantastic, with a gorgeous color. I've been here before and was delighted with the outcome. Kudos to the students and instructors for allowing me to confidently flaunt my hair in public!
I simply must express my gratitude. Today, I had Alex handle my hair and not only did they do a phenomenal job, but they went above and beyond to ensure I left with something I adore. Their hair skills are truly remarkable, and their personality exudes warmth and friendliness. Our conversations were some of the most engaging I've had in a while! I believe I'll be a loyal follower wherever they choose to go post-graduation. The instructors were equally impressive, and the ambiance was wonderfully tranquil!
