I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for many years. Every visit is consistently pleasant. The salon is always impeccably clean, the staff does an excellent job, and it is definitely superior to other local establishments. With 8 nail stations, 8 pedicure stations, as well as waxing and chair massage services, it is a comprehensive and top-notch salon.
Regrettably, my hard gel nails started coming off shortly after the service. Despite visiting twice for repairs, the issue persisted. It seemed the technician tried their best, but the curing process was flawed. The nails that were redone came off first after the second visit, indicating a technique problem. I would appreciate a refund for my multiple visits and unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue.
Traveling from another city, I visited this salon for a fill and pedicure before my vacation. A male technician provided both services. While the pedicure was satisfactory, the fill was disappointing. Within two days, two nails lifted and came off completely. Unfortunately, I couldn't return for a fix as I was on a cruise for six days. The filing was sloppy, and the nails were uneven. The French manicure looked nothing like the reference picture I provided. Regrettably, I will not revisit this salon when I am in the area again.
