I must express my dissatisfaction with this establishment. I entrusted them with two wigs on consignment, only to face difficulties upon my return due to medical issues. Despite my efforts to contact the manager for a discussion regarding my wigs, I have been met with challenges. This lack of communication and customer service quality is why I hold a negative view of this place. It is the sole wig store in town, apart from Sally's, and should strive to surpass their standards by enhancing their outreach and customer service.
This Wig Store in Klamath Falls is top-notch! They offer designer clothing at affordable prices and the two owners, who are incredibly friendly, cater to your every need. It's simply outstanding. Thumbs up!
